		<description>Nancy,

Thank you so much! That cleared it up for me! I think I will do some meditating on the subject and see if I can get clear on what I feel would be most beneficial to work on first. Although I am the type of person that can handle information coming at me from all different directions, I think maybe I might be better served to tackle one area at a time. (Perish the thought! lol)

I&#039;m really enjoying this blog and am learning a lot! Thanks for creating it for the rest of us!

		<description>Hi Suzanne,

Thanks for asking great questions! I appreciate it.

You can take individual essences, as well as combination essences, concurrently (or rather, at the same time but sequentially) with no particular problems. Just be aware that you are working with your own consciousness here. Some folks are used to processing a lot of information and thought all at the same time, and others need more focus and a more structured method.

So I would ask you to think about how you process information. Do you take a lot of information in at the same time, and navigate it easily? Or does this tend to overwhelm you?

If you feel overwhelmed by too much information, then it&#039;s probably best to choose one area to work on first, take the essences until you feel complete, and then move on to another.

A person CAN take too many essences -- which might leave you confused. Know what you want to change, and pick the formula that addresses that issue for you until it&#039;s resolved.

Some folks can be working with multiple issues at the same time -- and others prefer to do it sequentially. That&#039;s a very individual preference, and until you have experienced how the flowers work with YOU -- it&#039;s a difficult one to answer. I think your own experience will guide you better than anything I could say about it.

If you have particular issues that you would like addressed -- and you don&#039;t see a blend that already handles it -- then that would be a time to request a consultation and your own custom formula. In fact, that&#039;s a great topic for another post. . . so let me do that one right now :-)

Hope this answers your question -- and keep asking them!

P.S. Do be aware that I will try to get posts uploaded about all the blends that I have already created, but it might take me a while. There&#039;s more coming! And I am making new ones all the time. So stay tuned :-)

Happy dancing ~~

		<description>Nancy,

I think this post and the FAQ page answered all my immediate questions, except one: How do you take more than one formula, or is it even advisable to do so?

For example, I am very interested in the Rescue Remedy, the Blessings Formula and the Quantum Prosperity formula.

Given that the effects of these remedies can be permanent, would it be better to use one at a time until the desired effect is achieved and then move on to another? Or, if you can use more than one formula congruently, what&#039;s the best way to do so? Or, is this where a custom blend really is the answer?

I know - I&#039;m just full of questions... lol
